Calibration and Inspection is performed in a complete accredited metrology lab within a controlled laboratory environment, by technicians using established industry procedures. Measurement equipment is calibrated using standards that are directly traceable to the N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology). All calibrations and history records are maintained in accordance, with A2LA and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 17025 and other applicable standards.

Certificate indicates required and actual pitch diameter only.
Long Form Certification (Straight Threads)
Certificate indicates required and actual measurements of pitch diameter, major diameter, minor diameter, flank angles and lead where they apply.
Short Form Certification (Taper Pipe Threads)
Thread Plug - check P.D. at gage point and basic step.
Thread Ring - check stand off to plug gage.
Plain Taper Plug - check size at small end and basic step.
Plain Taper Ring - check size at large end of basic step.
Long Form Certification (Taper Pipe Threads)
Thread Plug - check P.D. at gage point, O.D. at small end, lead, angles, taper and steps.
Thread Ring - check standoff to plug gage, angles, lead and minor diameter.
Plain Taper Plug - check size at small end, taper and steps.
Plain Taper Ring - check size at large end and steps.
